1. Liability for content
The content of Internet sites operated by flymedic is produced and updated with the utmost care. However, flymedic assumes no liability for whether the content is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
As a service provider, flymedic is, according to § 7 paragraph 1 of the German Telemediengesetz [Internet media law] (TMG), responsible for its own content that is held for use on flymedic's sites in accordance with general laws. However, in accordance with § 7 paragraph 2 TMG, as a service provider in terms of §§ 8 through 10 TMG, flymedic is not obligated to monitor transferred or stored external information ("external content") or check said information for circumstances that point to unlawful activity. Irrespective of this non-responsibility in accordance with the TMG, flymedic's obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws shall remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is established only from the moment of cognizance of an actual violation of the law. If flymedic becomes aware of violations of the law caused by external content, flymedic will remove this content without delay.

2. Liability for links
flymedic's web site contains cross references (so-called links) to external Internet sites belonging to third parties, over the content of which flymedic has no influence. For this reason, flymedic also assumes no liability for this external content. The relevant owner or operator of the Internet sites is always responsible for the content of linked sites. The linked sites were checked for possible violations of the law when they were first linked to. Unlawful content which may trigger possible civil or criminal liability was not discernible at the time of linking. However, flymedic does not constantly check the external content for changes which could form a new basis for a liability. If flymedic determines or is notified by others that a specific site, to which flymedic has provided a link, triggers a civil or criminal liability, the link to this site shall be removed without delay.

3. Availability of the online service
flymedic will endeavor to offer the service with as few interruptions as possible. However, even if the utmost care is taken, downtimes cannot be ruled out for technical reasons. Furthermore, flymedic reserves the right to change or discontinue its site at any time. flymedic assumes no liability for interruptions or other disturbances caused by incorrectly saved files or corrupted formats.

All of the content and architecture of this Internet site is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Publication on the World Wide Web or on other Internet services in no way represents an agreement for use elsewhere by third parties. Any utilisation not permitted by German copyright law requires advance written approval from flymedic. Downloads and copies of content from flymedic's Internet sites are only allowed for private non-commercial use.
