One further important measure which will increase the lifespan of your dental bridge is professional and very thorough oral hygiene. Ideally, the crowns should be cleaned after every meal, at least twice per day. For this purpose, a soft toothbrush and a toothpaste with a neutral pH value are recommended. Additional cleaning of the gaps between the teeth with dental floss is advisable.⁹
