Skin Correction - Preparation

For skin correction via laser treatment or peeling, no comprehensive preparatory measures are necessary. Please let the doctor who is treating you know about existing allergies, skin illnesses, and internal conditions such as diabetes mellitus prior to treatment. Your doctor should also be informed of any medications you are taking regularly. On the day of treatment, your skin should be untanned, clean, and free of make-up. Furthermore, your skin should display no signs of injury. For some treatments, certain medications against viral and bacterial infections must be taken in advance.^7,8,9
